SNA-026 compliance

SNA-026 is a standard for organisations that act as intermediaries between clients and self-employed professionals in the Netherlands. These intermediaries help facilitate assignments and manage related processes such as verification, agreements, administration and record keeping. The standard sets requirements for how these processes should be managed.

Zooly is designed to help our customers to meet the relevant SNA-026 requirements and store the collected information and evidence needed for an SNA assessment. The green ticks below show how Zooly supports each listed requirement. The checklist follows Section 7 of SNA-026, covering mediation (bemiddeling). We have retained the original numbering so that each requirement can be easily cross-checked against the official standard.

Zooly does not issue SNA certificates and cannot guarantee certification. Certification depends on the customer’s own compliance and the outcome of an independent SNA assessment.

Background note
This page is intended as background information for clients and freelancers. The SNA-026 requirements apply to intermediaries, not directly to clients or freelancers.
